It's the first ever TWILIGHT FRIDAY. I know, I need to explain, seeing as I'm just starting this now as part of this blog. Twilight Friday is where I talk about some of my favorite scenes in the movies. I felt it was appropriate since Fridays are slows days for me. So away we go....
Lets start with one of my first fave scenes in... well... the first movie. That of course, is the first scene in which the Cullens appear. The first lunchroom scene. A bit cliche for some who loves Edward, but I can't help it. I enjoy it to pieces every single time I watch it. I personally love the experience I had when seeing the film in the theater. I'm sure most people had a similar occurance, but for the purposes of this blog. I'll explain. When Edward entered the cafteria, everyone either screamed or sighed really loud. Imagine that if you will.
It's no secret that I'm Robessed (obsessed with Rob Pattinson) in a healthy way. I thinks he hot and adore him as an actor (no haters please, this is my blog). But at this point, my Robsession wasn't fully formed. Yeah sure, I thought he was cute (I'm not blind!) but he was still pretty new to the Hollywood scene, so little was know about him. Now of course, he's the hottest guy there. Anyway, my point is, I think this scene, as well as his performance in the rest of the movie, sparked my current Robsession. If you hate Rob or have a different opinon, that's your right, but remember people, it's also my right to state my opinions as well.
So I think that's all for this Twilight Friday, til tomorrow my beloved fellow Twilighters.

P.S- If your wondering why Robsessed came from, you can thank the makers of this lovely documentary (Which sadly, I don't own)

2 Months, 16 days, 3 hours, and 19 minutes til Breaking Dawn part 1
Who else is excited for Taylor Lautner's movie "Abduction". I know, I know. All my fellow Team Edwarders are shaking their head at me, but give me a break. He is a great actor and this new thriller looks like it'll be really amazing.
I'm definitely looking foward to this. I even plan to write a mini review for it after I see it in theaters. So be on the look out for that. Here's hoping T. Laut takes his shirt off. I mean, if you ask me, that should part of his contract for any movie he does. Seriously, no matter what genre. lol
So, sorry to keep it short today Twilighters, but bear with me. I do have a busy life. As much as I'd love to do nothing but focus on Breaking Dawn, I just can't :-(. See ya tomorrow everyone.

So, since August is ending, and you must know August is a big month in Breaking Dawn, I thought I'd talk about the first very big moment in BD, Edward and Bella's wedding!!
This scene is so important that it's basically the cornerstone of the Breaking Dawn Part One Trailer. From Bella's dress and hair to the flowers and ribbon used as decor for the ceremony, we've all been picturing this moment in our heads and now we get to see it brought to life. I know I seem stupid and girly for being so excited for this, but hey, I have a right to be as a girl and Team Edward member.
Yes, I'm Team Edward, but that's not the point. The thing is, this is a moment that any Twilight fan can say they're anticipating. Whether they're excited because Edward and Bella are getting married, or annoyed because Edward and Bella are getting married, they just simply can't help having an opinion on the matter. Which some will say might effect their opinion on the movie, but I say people need to keep an open mind where these things are concerned. I fall into the first category. So when I get that first glimpse of K.Stew in her sure to be fab Carolina Herrera gown, I'll probably be freaking out a bit, lol. But that's just me.
So, when Breaking Dawn Part One premieres in November, how do you think you'll fill about the epic wedding scene? Sound off in the comments..... if you're reading this.

2 Months, 19 days, 2 hours, and 31 Minutes til Breaking Dawn Part 1
If you don't know that Breaking Dawn is being released as two seperate movies, then well, let me be the one to break the news. Sadly we have to wait for Breaking Dawn: Part 2 to come out on November 16, 2012 (an extraordinarily long time from now), but when you think about it. A two-parter just makes things better.
Don't get me wrong. I, like a lot of people, wasn't excited at the prospect of waiting over a year between the parts. Even the idea of two parts wasn't exactly thrilling. I've always ranted and raved about the length of books turned movies, I have a never ending disappointment for those little scenes they cut out just in the name of turning a 400 page book into a 120 page movie script. Though admittedly, speaking as someone who loves to write, that does seem like a daunting task for a screenwriter. It still doesn't change my opinion as a movie goer.
The one thing that helps me not be annoyed about that fact that Breaking Dawn is being released in two parts is somethings that I saw on November 19, 2010, as well as July 15, 2011. Yes, I'm talking about Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow Parts 1 and 2. That's right, I'm not only a Twi-hard, but also a Harry Potter maniac. (Though don't ask me to choose which I like better.) I was really nervous when I saw Deathly Hallows Part 1, and then Part 2. But turns out it was all for nothing. When I experienced just how true both movies were to the book, I was beyond thrilled. This, my friends, helps me feel better about Breaking Dawn.
I've come to the conclusion that screenwriters can produce an even better book to movie adaptation when given the oppurtunity to write two two hour scripts for a 600 some page book, It just makes sense. The more scenes to fill, the more material you can use to fill them. It's simple movie math really, lol. I don't wanna get all screenwriters workshop on you, cause I'm far from an expert, I just felt this was something I should talk about. Anywho, that's my lovely little thought about Breaking Dawn for today. Til tomorrow my lovely little vegan vampires. THE COUNTDOWN CONTINUES....
p.s- if anyone out there is actually reading this, please note that there is a spot where you can comment on my posts. I'd love to hear from you, so sound off :-)
